Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brandy
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 cup dark rum
- 2½ to 3 quarts whole milk
Preparation
yields 1 gallon or twenty 6 ounce servings
Beat thoroughly after each ingredient is added, beginning with the eggs and sugar. After all are thoroughly beaten together, add the whole milk and beat again. Serve in cups or small goblets and sprinkle tops with nutmeg.
