Ingredients
- 16 ounces strawberries
- 8 ounces distilled water
- 16 ounces vinegar
Preparation
Method: Simmer strawberries and water for 5 minutes. Mash, strain, and add vinegar.
Store in a lidded sterilized jar.
Tips: Cool and store refrigerated for 6 months. For a more concentrated flavor, allow the strawberries to soak with the vinegar for 2-3 days before straining.
