Emily Schuermann

Emily Schuermann is an Oklahoma native, writer, instructor, wife, and mom of four. Although degreed in engineering, her participation in the Pillsbury Bake-Off was a “fork-in-the-road” opportunity that began her food career. After more than 10 years of recipe development, instruction, demonstrations, and food/equipment reviews, her favorite thing remains encouraging people to try a new skill or recipe in their own kitchen.
