Ingredients
- 16 ounces whole ripe peaches
- 8 ounces distilled water
- 16 ounces vinegar
Preparation
Method: Simmer peaches and water for 20 minutes. Mash, strain, and add vinegar.
Store in a lidded sterilized jar.
Tips: Same as above.
For a sweeter vinegar, try making this with white balsamic vinegar.
