- 1 lb Smoked Venison Sausage
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jars (28 or 32 oz.) prepared organic spaghetti sauce (I prefer Muir Italian herb or basil)
Instructions
Cook sausage in skillet and drain fat. Set cooked sausage aside. Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil. Add cooked sausage and spaghetti sauce. Let simmer 1-2 hours for optimal flavor. Serve over 1 lb. of cooked spaghetti noodles and top with grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh basil. Recipe courtesy Tommy Byrd
