Vegan 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce can vegetarian refried beans
  • 4 ounce can El Pato Hot Tomato Sauce
  • 1½ cups guacamole
  • 1 ounce packet taco seasoning
  • 12 ounce container vegan sour cream
  • 2 cups vegan beefless ground
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 4 ounce can sliced black olives
  • 1 bag vegan shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix the refried beans and tomato sauce. Pour into serving dish and smooth to create an even layer. Add guacamole. Mix together the sour cream with half of the taco seasoning packet. Add the sour cream layer over the guacamole. Cover the top with the vegan shredded cheese. Mix remaining taco seasoning with beefless ground. Add as the next layer. Finish with pico de gallo, remaining cheese, and black olives. Cover and allow to set in refrigerator for at least one hour.
