- ¼ cup pecan halves
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon crushed pistachios
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 lettuce leaves
- salt & pepper
