Ingredients
SERVINGS: Makes 12 Waffles or Pancakes
- 31/2 cups all purpose flour
- 11/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Preparation
METHOD
In a clean mixing bowl, add egg whites and 1 tablespoon sugar. Whisk on high until stiff peaks. Add remaining ingredients to a bowl, and mix until combined. Gently fold in egg whites until fully incorporated. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into preheated waffle maker. Cook to desired liking.
*Store waffles on a lined sheet pan in a low-heated oven to keep warm.
