- 3 medium Cincinnati radishes or regular
- 4 pita bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 ounces Havarti cheese
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Thinly slice the radishes. Top each pita bread with olive oil, thin Havarti slices, arugula, radishes, and pine nuts. Bake for about 7-10 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
