Pimm’s & Flowers
- 2 ounces Pimm’s
- 1 ounce hibiscus tea (recipe below)
- 3 ounces Fentimans rose lemonade
- orange wheel for garnish
Hibiscus Tea
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/8 cup sugar
Preparation
Pimm’s & Flowers
In a mixing glass, combine Pimm’s and hibiscus tea, stir, add ice, and stir again until cold. Strain into a highball filled with ice; add the rose lemonade and gently stir. Garnish with orange wheel.
Hibiscus Tea
Combine water, sugar, and hibiscus in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat and steep for ten minutes. Strain and refrigerate for up to one week.
