Ingredients
SERVINGS: 8-10
- 2 packages cooked sausages (I used Siegi’s Cheddar Jalapeno Sausage)
- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- Dijon mustard
- everything bagel seasoning (available at Trader Joe’s or make your own!)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with parchment and set aside. On a lightly floured surface, roll out both sheets of puff pastry to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into equal portions the size of the sausages. Spread Dijon mustard and roll sausage placing seam-side down. Press the seam to seal. Brush outside with Dijon, and sprinkle seasoning. Place on tray and repeat. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown. Allow to slightly cool before cutting or serving.
