Festive FLAVORS

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Prairie Wolf Vodka
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 ounce honey simple syrup (using Roark Acres Honey)
- Sugar, for rimming
Preparation
1 Mix simple syrup, vodka, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2 Rim a chilled martini glass with sugar and strain mixture into glass.
3 Make honey simple syrup by combining 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, and stir until honey is dissolved. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
