- 1 whole, juicy orange, skin and all, quartered
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries, washed and picked through
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Preparation
Place a little of the orange and a handful of cranberries in a meat grinder, using a bowl to catch the relish. Begin grinding away. Repeat until the orange and the cranberries have all been ground. Mix with one cup of sugar. Cover and chill until ready to use.
