Blueberry Basil Kombucha Lemonade

Here’s another healthy alternative to your favorite boozy drink. Kombucha is a fermented tea rich in probiotics and antioxidants. It is now widely available and can be found at many grocery stores and food retailers or can be made on your own. For the purposes of this recipe, we’ll be using bottled kombucha. It comes in many different flavors, so experiment to find the one you like best. NOTE: This is a low-proof drink, since kombucha does contain low alcohol levels ranging from between 0.5-2% due to the fermentation process.
