- 1 ounce Apple Infused Whiskey (recipe below)
- 1 ounce apple brandy (we used Copper & Kings)
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 strips of lemon peel
- 1 bar spoonful of agave nectar
Apple Infused Whiskey
- ¼ freeze dried apples
- 1 cup whiskey
Preparation
Apple Harvest Negroni
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Stir vigorously to release the oil from the lemon peel and dissolve the agave nectar. Add a handful of ice, and stir with a mixing spoon or glass rod about 20 times until chilled. Add ice to a rocks glass and strain the cocktail into the rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
Apple Infused Whiskey
Add apples and 1 cup of whiskey to a clean jar with a lid. Cover and shake. Allow to steep for 24 hours, shaking occasionally. Strain into a clean jar until ready to use.
