Catherine Wagner

Catherine is a freelance writer who was born into a family of multi-generational Okies and even some Texans. As a small child she relished helping her mother in the kitchen & her father in his garden & it lead her to a lifetime appreciation for the hard work & respect for food that only a large family’s kitchen can create. When she is not writing about, eating, preparing or entertaining with food you can find her on the Illinois river.
