I spoke with Matt Burch about his farm-to-town distribution business, Urban Agrarian, which he began in 2008. Back then, Matt drove around Oklahoma in an unpainted van seeking out local foods he could sell to city-folk. Eight years later, the Veggie Van is part of a fleet of four, Burch doesn’t have to look so hard for local food, and he is looking forward to the future of Oklahoma farms and the Farmers Market District.
