Sam DuRegger

Sam DuRegger is a contributing writer to Edible OKC. He has a penchant for good books, the outdoors, and building things. Most evenings and weekends, you will find him supporting his four active daughters in some sort of event, program, or endeavor. He also enjoys morning walks with his wife and their two unruly Weimaraners — Ouray and Maverick. His morning coffee routine involves a cup of french pressed single-origin coffee, followed by a meticulously prepared mid-morning pour-over or an oat milk cappuccino from one of the many exceptional shops around OKC.
