This wine has me completely heart-eye emoji'd over it. 100% Pinot Noir from a small family-run, single vineyard estate in Penedès. Its bright pink hue might throw you, but it’s dry with lively red fruit on the nose and silky bubbles. Might as well get two bottles so you can have the second for hangover brunch tomorrow.
Ingredients
- ¾ ounces La Pivón Blanco
- 1½ ounces Bonanto Aperitivo
- 1 ounce Viva La Vida Pinot Noir Rosé
- Cava
Preparation
Build in glass over ice and give a light stir. Garnish with citrus. A twist, wedge, or squeeze. The idea is to not overthink it. (I fancy a lemon twist myself. Good Instagram material.)
