Romesco Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cups peppadew peppers
  • 4 tablespoons toasted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper (chili flakes)
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
