Pomegranate Coconut Chia Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain bread (or gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds

Preparation

Place bread in toaster or toaster oven until golden brown. Spread with almond butter. Top with shredded coconut, pomegranate seeds, and chia.
