Kombucha Mojito

In the cup of a shaker add sugar, mint, lime juice, and rum. Muddle until the mixture becomes fragrant. Next, add ice and the kombucha. Stir with a bar spoon until cold. Fill a glass with crushed ice and strain cocktail into the glass of ice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with more mint and a sliced lime.


  • 2 ounce silver rum
  • 1 ounce Holy Kombucha (blood orange flavor was my preference)
  • 3 sprigs of mint plus more for garnish
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • juice from half a lime
  • lime slices for garnish
  • Club Soda
