- 2 ounce silver rum
- 1 ounce Holy Kombucha (blood orange flavor was my preference)
- 3 sprigs of mint plus more for garnish
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- juice from half a lime
- lime slices for garnish
- Club Soda
In the cup of a shaker add sugar, mint, lime juice, and rum. Muddle until the mixture becomes fragrant. Next, add ice and the kombucha. Stir with a bar spoon until cold. Fill a glass with crushed ice and strain cocktail into the glass of ice. Top off with club soda. Garnish with more mint and a sliced lime.
