Grapefruit Mint Kombucha

Process all ingredients through a juicer. Filter juice through a strainer into a pitcher. Pour 2 ounces of juice into each bottle of kombucha to flavor. Enjoy right away or seal with a lid and store in fridge until ready to drink. This variation does not need time for a second ferment.
