Fruity Sherry Cobbler

Preparation

Muddle citrus, berries, and passionfruit in the bottom of a cold Collins glass. Add sherry and maple syrup, fill with crushed ice, and pack it down a bit. Add more ice if needed. Garnish with some more berries and the reserved orange wheel half.

Ingredients

  • 1 strawberry
  • 1 raspberry
  • 1 blackberry
  • 1 spoonful of fresh passionfruit or a slice of pineapple guava
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 1 orange wheel cut in half (use one half and set aside the other)
  • 2½ ounces sherry (suggest a manzanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • More berries for garnish
