Ingredients

  • 1 instant ramen package, cooked according to package directions
  • 3-4 tablespoons canned coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon Vindaloo Curry Spices (We used the one from Savory Spice Shop) pulled rotisserie chicken tossed in coconut milk,
  • chopped cilantro
  • roughly chopped peanuts
  • lime wedge
  • sliced serrano pepper

Preparation

Add coconut cream, red curry paste and curry spices to prepared ramen. Garnish with remaining ingredients. Serve warm.
