Caramelized Banana & Rum Milkshake

Now that I was onto something, I started thinking of ways to incorporate some other favorite summer desserts into a boozy shake. Naturally brûléed bananas came to mind. It’s a flavor that reminds me of summer nights spent around a campfire as a kid and it's amazing how a little fire can bring out the natural caramel sweetness of bananas.
