Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain bread (or gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon fresh or frozen pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pepitas

Preparation

Place bread in toaster or toaster oven until golden brown. Spread with vegan cream cheese. Top with blueberries, pomegranate, and pepitas.
