- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 Tbsp bleu cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped, fresh thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- kosher salt and pepper
Mix first four ingredients together with 1/2 tsp of salt and liberal pepper. Place a piece of plastic wrap or parchment on a clean surface. Leaving about one inch from the edge, line the butter alongside the parchment. Like a sushi roll, gently roll the parchment into a round and twist both sides when complete. Cut any extra hangover from parchment. Place in freezer.
