Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Beyond Meat Beyond Beef
  • 4 15 floz cans of baked beans (low sodium), drained
  • ½ cup white onion, diced
  • ½ cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, brown the Beyond Beef.

Combine the Beyond Beef, baked beans, white onion, and green bell pepper into a Dutch Oven and bake for 40 minutes.
