- 16 ounces Beyond Meat Beyond Beef
- 4 15 floz cans of baked beans (low sodium), drained
- ½ cup white onion, diced
- ½ cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon low sodium seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, brown the Beyond Beef.
Combine the Beyond Beef, baked beans, white onion, and green bell pepper into a Dutch Oven and bake for 40 minutes.
