Ingredients

  • 1 slice whole grain bread (or gluten-free)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Sprinkle of coarse, Himalayan sea salt
  • Lemon or lime juice to taste

Preparation

Place bread in toaster or toaster oven until golden brown. Top with mashed avocado. Sprinkle with chia seeds and coarse sea salt. Drizzle lemon or lime juice to taste.
