Provision Concepts founders Aaron Soward, Jeff Dixon, John Patterson, and Beth Simpson began conceptualizing Hatch OKC in August of 2015. After achieving great success with fine dining at Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse and with craft cocktails at Sidecar Barley & Wine Bar, they wanted their new venture to be a different type of restaurant, one that focused on a different time of day.

“We wanted the next concept to be something that we could really have fun and get creative with. And what is more fun than brunch?” said Beth Simpson.

Construction began in early summer of 2016 with Hatch OKC opening on October 3rd of that year. Since then, guests have been raving about their delectable brunch food and enjoyable atmosphere. Menu offerings range from the classic to the creative with a variety of versions of eggs Benedict and a plethora of pancake styles. Hearty, stick to your ribs options such as biscuits and gravy and chicken n’ waffles promise to fuel you up for the day, but if lighter fare such as avocado toast and overnight oats is more to your liking, Hatch OKC features it on the extensive menu as well.

The Hatch OKC team brings passion and experience to Oklahoma City’s food industry. CEO Aaron Soward, CFO Jeff Dixon, and General Manager Beth Simpson are all graduates of Oklahoma State University’s Hotel and Restaurant Administration program and their Chef de Cuisine John Patterson studied culinary art at Le Cordon Bleu.

This passion shows in Hatch OKC’s terrific selection of breakfast and lunch food. They also offer grab and go options if you’re in a hurry.
