Drinks for a Crowd

As soon as that first snap of cool weather rolls in, I always get the itch to spend a whole lot more time in the kitchen. Evenings and weekends are spent dusting off those old, cherished recipes passed down from family and reserved strictly for the holiday season. And because few things are more festive than a house full of friends and family eating, drinking, and just being together, almost all of our favorite holiday recipes are chosen specifically with feeding a crowd in mind.

I figured it was the perfect time to share some of my favorite cocktail recipes to see you through the season. These recipes are a perfect mix of holiday nostalgia and practicality, combining flavors from my childhood with some old holiday classics, yet are easy to make in large batches with little or no shaking required. Hopefully these recipes will allow you to serve your guests some impressive craft cocktails while still getting to take part in the revelry. Dust off your punch bowls, get out your favorite glassware, and toast to some holiday cheer!
